Our hotel manager, Natalia, was an exceptional host. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, from recommending restaurants to planning sightseeing activities. She even offered us a complimentary two glasses of wine, which we truly appreciated. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit in the future!
