We loved the quiet and the stunning views. The offered breakfast was fantastic and the host took great care of us. Our only regret was that we only stayed for one night!

Gites Rose des Vents is located in Deshaies, 30 metres from the beach and features a garden and BBQ facilities. Free WiFi access is available throughout. we had a very nice room with a small, quiet and very efficient AC unit. the host was very nice and spoke English very well (our French is a bit rusty). He offered to serve breakfast (you need to order a day in advance) which included excellent coffee, fresh croissants and baguette, two different types of jelly, joghurt and fresh fruit). It's a 2 minute walk to the beach (Plage de la Perle), so we enjoyed going swimming before breakfast! There are a few little restaurants within walking distance. It's a very good location if you want to explore the Death in Paradise filming location in/around Deshaies.

Set on Anse du Petit Bas Vent Beach in Deshaies, this pleasant resort offers comfortable rooms and bungalows with views of the Caribbean Sea. Beautiful location with very nice views and lovely beaches just next to the hotel. Great breakfast buffet, very friendly staff and just overall a great experience! Would go again :)
