The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

The staff are to be particularly commended for their professionalism, attentiveness and responsiveness. The pool is a haven of peace and quiet and the private beach with comfortable sunbeds on a white sandy beach was simply wonderful. The breakfast buffet and à la carte menu are of great quality and the Cuvée Restaurant is a must! I highly recommend this hotel!

We organised a surprise stay at this beautiful hotel in Greece for our parents and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the moment they arrived, they were absolutely enchanted. They loved the stunning views of the sea, the peaceful atmosphere, and the lovely swimming pool, but most of all they were touched by the extraordinary hospitality of the owners. They haven’t stopped talking about how warmly they were welcomed and how genuinely cared for they felt throughout their stay. It was more than just a holiday, it was a heartfelt experience, and the owners truly made all the difference. Their kindness, attentiveness, and generosity left a lasting impression, and we cannot thank them enough for making our parents feel so special. I can therefore only give a 10 to this hotel. To the wonderful owners, if you happen to read this, know that our parents are sending you lots of warm hugs and endless gratitude. You made their stay unforgettable, and for that we are deeply thankful. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for more than just a beautiful destination. Offering a furnished sun terrace, Luis Apartments is situated in Mastichari of Kos, 22 km from Kos Town. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to everybody! Fantastic value for price, clean and the location was excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach, and Mastichari is a great little town and a wonderful starting point to explore Kos. Plus the staff are amazing! Vivi was the best! Very friendly and so accommodating with our requests. If we return to Kos in the future we know where we’ll be staying.
