EVERYTHING was beyond expectation!!! the location, the staff, receptionist, the room apartment, the cleaning, room service (super affordable), the breakfast was amazing! the gym is 10/10, the hot bath, cold bath, sauna and steam room 10/10 in a 5 star hotel. and the Massage with 30%discount in a 5 star hotel was blooooody amazing and affordable!!!!!! the level of professionalism was unreal. also you can book a smokers room which is so awesome! i loved my time here! They provide many services that you dont have to look somewhere else such as laundry, restaurant and many more. They have cute cats and dogs that loves to hangout near the restaurant. And during 5days of our stay we ate a lot in their restaurant and we havent found anything bad from the food. All taste amazing.

Helpful staff to organize transfers, activities, etc. Good water pressure and hot water in the bathroom (we stayed in an airco room across the road). The room is basic, but it is well organized.

Very nice garden and self built restaurant / rooms. A lot of character. And the personnel was outstanding! Very friendly people. The food at the restaurant is outstanding. We also did a 3 day jungle trekking which turned out to be a wonderful and exciting experience! We saw so much wildlife. Our guide was Arman and it could not have been better! Such a lovely guy! So much yummy fruits and meals on the way. And Donny cooked delicious food at the camp each night!
