The Savoy is a boutique hotel right in the centre of Limerick, between historic King John's Castle and the landmark that is Thomond Park. Hotel is beautiful, staff is lovely. Fiona at reception was exceptionally nice and helpful and had a lovely way about her. The room clean and nice. Breakfast alone was worth the stay!

The staff were professional and very helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. We had a problem with our room thermostat, and the duty manager was amazing and so friendly and resolved the issue so efficiently, and we appreciated that we were given a discount for the night.
