Amazing stay, beautifully furnished rooms and common area. The breakfast was just amazing, honestly, best pastry I have eaten in Italy. The location is in a quiet and green residential area, less than 10 mins walk from the centre and from all the cafes and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location - just few minutes from Pisa tower. Great time spent, comfortable to reach the city, all must visit places and around. Also not that far from main train station which was connection to further destinations. In warm period breakfast are served in terrace, which has a great view to Botanic garden and bit to the tower. Very welcoming Luca and other staff. We have arrived earlier, but no problems to leave the luggage, to be advised what to visit.

We had a beautiful room on the ground floor that looked out over trees and a garden. The breakfasts were wonderful: plenty of choice, with fruit and cakes available during the day. We were able to easily walk the distance to the historic centre of Lucca via the nearby Porta Elisa.

Only a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral of St. Martin in Lucca, B&B Il Seminario is 10 minutes’ walk from Lucca Train Station. It boasts air-conditioned rooms and a buffet breakfast.

A perfect place to stay for any trip to Pisa. Staff were so friendly and helpful, Francesco had sent us everything we needed to know about our stay, with lots of really help advice on tourist attractions and restaurants etc before we’d even arrived , which was amazing. Great location.
