Everything clean and luxurious. They let us check out late in the day and paid two days in spa for a discounted price. The food was amazing and tasty with variety of local specialties and sweets. The room was big and with complimentary mini bar with bottled water and soft drinks

This was a spectacular property. It was nice to have such strong security at the front gate and the drive down to the main building was pretty and well maintained. The welcome staff providing icy cold hibiscus tea was nice and the check in was easy. We liked being taken to our family complex in a buggy and being given a drive around the property so we knew where things were. The staff were impeccable. As it was my partner's birthday, they surprised him with a handwritten note and birthday cake. Easy walk down to the water and immediate and attentive staff explained what we had to do and the best way to enjoy the Dead Sea. That experience in itself was incredible and it was nice to be in a private space with a life guard and staff to assist. The added bonus of covering ourselves with mud then drying in the sun with a further swim in the Sea was awesome and I loved the salt scrub afterwards. All included in our stay. Watching the sunset at the infinity bar with an icy cold beer was also wonderful. The toiletries and free drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch. We would definately stay again. Although, our family complex appeared to be one of the only spaces with no Sea view. Next time we will upgrade and stay in the Ishtar suite which has incredible views and two suites share on private pool. We didn't use the gift shop but it was well stocked.
