The hotel’s service and facilities (eg., breakfast, onsen, common area, yukata, amenities) were well designed with attention to details. Selection of breakfast pastries was good, and they were delicious. Nice onsen facilities were available for private use. Rooms were basic, but very comfortable. If the weather is nice, the hotel is within walking distance to many sites.

The location is just perfect. Easy to reach either taking JR or Tobu train! Staffs are super nice and helpful. Check-in and Check-out are very smooth. Restaurants are also very nice, especially the staffs working there. (Even though some of them couldn't speak english well, but they still try to understand instead of simply saying "No No No" and walks away.)

The staff is very responsive, very accommodating, super friendly, and very flexible. The neighborhood is very walkable. There appears to be bike for rent at very good price. Nice countryside feeling.

Objekat Tsuganoki je smešten na atraktivnoj lokaciji u gradu Niko, i to u četvrti Kinugawa Onsen, na 19 km od znamenitosti Železnička stanica Tobu Nikko, 20 km od znamenitosti Železnička stanica Nikko... Staff were fantastic, especially the Auntie!!! She was so kind, helpful, enthusiastic. The dinner and breakfast were incredible, super authentic, traditional Japanese style. The room was spacious, clean and fully equipped.

Situated in the middle of nature, Itamuro Onsen Daikokuya features 3 hot-spring baths with free flowing natural spring water and a loess spa on site. Dinner and breakfast is so nice and the hot spring w/a great spot =)

Only a 4-minute walk from Utsunomiya Station, Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya-Ekimae features free Wi-Fi, a a launderette and vending machines for drinks and snacks. The staff were really friendly during check in. The location is good. A short walk from station. The room was really nice. The size was larger than I expected. No problem with any of the facilities.
