i'm a genius level 3 and I don't usually bother leaving reviews, but this hotel really deserves it. I've stayed at many hotels around Beirut, but this place has quickly become a favorite, it exceeded all my expectations. The amenities are fantastic, and both the rooms and bathrooms are modern and spotless. The staff is incredibly polite and professional, always ready to help. The Wi-Fi is fast, and my room came with a mini kitchenette, which I absolutely loved. When I needed to switch rooms, the staff was super helpful and accommodating. This is officially my new go-to spot in Beirut.

My kids lost a necklace in the room, I asked help from the front desk during check out and they sent 2 different people to look for it until they found it. We were very grateful The 1 bedroom apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, and both rooms had a perfect view

had an absolutely wonderful stay at Caramel Boutique Hotel in Hamra! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything well taken care of. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Hamra, with cafes, shops, and restaurants just steps away, yet the hotel itself feels quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Beirut. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a prime location!
