Staff was very friendly. They helped us to book the table for dinner in lotus tower. Also we had some trouble with my tour guide (from klook) and one of the hotel staff tried to help us. 로투스 타워 전망대 디너를 예약하고 싶었는데 호텔 직원께서 직접 전망대로 전화해서 예약을 도와주심!! 그리고 클룩을 통해서 원데이 투어를 신청했었는데 당일날 로컬 가이드가 30분이 지나도 안왔음;; 그때 호텔직원께서 또 전화해서 도움을 주심!
