I had a great stay here! The homestay is run by a little family, both the dad and son are super nice - the son picked me up from the airport for a super reasonable price, waited for me when my plane was delayed, gave me super nice tips and was just super friendly overall. They are super knowledgeable about the area, recommended and booked activities for me and drove for example as well to the base of the pidurangala rock for the sunset hike. The breakfast was also lovely and really really tasty - will def recommend to all my friends coming to sri lanka!

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and spa centre, Jetwing Lake is set in Dambulla in the Matale District Region, 6 km from Dambulla Cave Temple. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Buffet was fantastic. Service was excellent. Bed was super comfortable. The facility is a bit older but is well maintained. The rooms are clean and dry - the central air meant no dampness and no musty smells. We very much enjoyed our stay.
