An absolutely charming and stunning riad! It’s located right on the edge of the market square, yet the moment you step through the door you’re met with surprising tranquility and a touch of luxury. The staff are incredibly caring and wonderfully accommodating. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety to choose from. I highly, highly recommend this place!

This is a super nice Riad with exceptional staff. The property is well maintained, in a very good location, the breakfast options are very nice and there is a rooftop restaurant. The staff can help you book tours and arrange airport pickup/drop off. We had them arrange a private 2 night tour to Sahara. Got a great private van and English speaking driver/guide.

Fantastic location if you want to be near the Medina and the Souk. The route into the Riad is a little confusing but once you know the way it's quite easy to get there. Despite the proximity to everything, it is so quiet and peaceful once you are there! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the courtyard is inviting. The rooftop area is also lovely and peaceful. We also requested a dinner one evening, and the entire event was fantastic! I would highly recommend that if you are there for a few days. The Riad was an oasis of calm and piece in the midst of the Medina. We were picked up at the airport by a driver arranged by the Riad and then walked to the door by a member of staff. Mint tea and pastries were served to us before we were shown to our comfortable and traditionally decorated and furnished room. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax. Each mornings breakfast was a bit different but equally delicious and filling. The staff were warm and welcoming. The manager, Abel, is clearly focussed on guests having as perfect time as possible.

Set in the heart of Marrakech, this boutique hotel features suites with private bathroom, a spa and a restaurant. The reception is open 24 hours and free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property. Our experience at Riad Sorayda was simply incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home with first-class service. Ayoub, Isam, and Hussein were extremely attentive and hospitable, always ensuring that every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely spectacular. Dishes such as the tajine and tagine, recommended by Ayoub and Hussein, were truly delicious. They also suggested the restaurant Salama, and the experience could not have been better—the best lamb I’ve had in a long time. Every meal was a feast of authentic, carefully prepared flavors. The location is also perfect: the riad is just five minutes from the Bahia Palace and about a 10–12 minute walk to the souk, a very pleasant and safe stroll. We felt calm and secure at all times. To complete a perfect stay, we enjoyed the hammam and massage—an exceptional experience that left us feeling completely renewed. In summary, Riad Sorayda provided us with an experience that exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at Tigmiza was absolutely exceptional. The entire property is stunning — everything is extremely well maintained, spotlessly clean, and constantly being cared for. There is always someone from the staff making sure that every detail is perfect. The food was magnificent, truly impressive in both quality and variety. The staff here is extraordinary — we enjoyed a high level of personal attention throughout our whole stay. They were incredibly kind and made us feel completely at home, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. This hotel exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the best stays we have ever had. It sets a new standard for hospitality and excellence. We recommend it wholeheartedly.
