Great breakfast with excellent service. Hotel staff amazingly welcoming. Didlier was a rockstar and helpful upon arrival. Conceirge Elizabeth provided a fun and welcoming arrival experience.

This area has so much to offer - so many historic sites, tours, restaurants, shopping and it's a very safe to walk around. The breakfast in the restaurant on the 6th floor was really nice. You have your choice of the buffet or you can order a la carte and we did both. The staff, especially Estaban, are extremely friendly. The 24 hour cafe on the main floor of the hotel was also a pleasant surprise! This was included in our stay at no extra charge. They had a variety of drinks (including beer), sandwiches, salads, soups, and snacks. It was nice to have fridge with cold bottles of water on our room level as well.

The location in Polanco is unbeatable, safe, walkable, and surrounded by some of the best restaurants, cafés, and shopping in Mexico City. Everything feels effortlessly accessible. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the bed ensured deep, jet-lag-free sleep (which says a lot). What truly stood out was the service. Every single staff member was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. You really feel welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was excellent, the lobby and common areas are elegant yet relaxed, and overall the hotel delivers a level of consistency that’s hard to find. This is exactly what a 5-star hotel should feel like. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Casa Jacinta feels like a comfortable home. It has a comfy living room, a dining area, a relaxing garden and very helpful staff, especially Emiliano. I was very happy to have the option for an electric fan instead of turning on the aircon. Resulted in best sleep ever. I was able to leave my luggage and still have a key to the front gate after check out while waiting for my flight. The location is excellent, quiet and calm while being very walkable and near to the mercado, the Frida Kahlo house, the park and the plaza. In short, this is the best place I stayed in during my Mexico trip.

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Beautiful gardens within the hotel's compound, spacious clean rooms, delicious Continental breakfast with freshly baked muffins and Mexican conchas, freshly squeezed orange juice, and coffee. The hotel's owner has a great knowledge of all of the pleasures of Mexico City and often joins the diners for conversation over breakfast in the main dining room.
