Host - Sebastien was an excellent host. He was always available. Very friendly. Provided recommendations on where to eat and places to go. He brought us the best bakery croissants and fresh juice our first morning. Place was well stocked with all the amenities we needed (Thank you for having coffee). We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Claro de Luna if we find ourselves back in Mexico.

We love that Una Vida and its sister property Bardo are removed from town, but still close to everything. You feel a million miles away from reality. I never want to leave when I come here.

This resort is really exceptional. We loved everything - the rooms were amazing, staff so helpful and welcoming and the beach was paradise..we didn't see a turtle unfortunately but saw lots of other cool sea life. This was our first time in an all inclusive resort and we were a bit unsure how the food would be but we weren't disappointed at all...the French and Japanese restaurants were our favourites! We also did the jungle tour and really enjoyed learning about the nature of the resort and the evening entertainment was of great quality...we will be returning.

This hotel is located on one of the nicest beaches in Tulum, Mexico. The hotel offers a secluded location, guest rooms with free WiFi, an on-site restaurant and the Ziggy's Beach Club. This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

Food was comparable only to fine dining gourmet restaurants and the drinks (spirits and champagne/sparkling wine) was of amazing quality. We strongly recommend the Exotic Spa experience, especially the Fantasy massage for couples (thank you Estrella and Luis!!!). Live show and party every night ! The beach was picturesque with white sand like sugar and at this time of the year (mid April) the sargassum problem wasn`t so big , so we enjoyed the beach a lot

Smešteno u naselju Plaja Sekreto na Majanskoj rivijeri, ovo all-inclusive odmaralište smešteno je pored privatne plaže duge 800 metara. Objekat je namenjen isključivo odraslim osobama. The people were friendly and the food and drinks were amazing.
