Excellent location on Lake Titicaca. Very good comfy hotel. Room had a great view of the lake. Breakfast spread a pretty good. The staff was friendly. The lunch & dinner options at the restaurant were very good. The hotel had transfer option from/to Puno Railway Station and Juliaca Airport, and the service is very good. We took the private tour of Lake Titicaca from the hotel. It was a wonderful experience and the guide Kevin was very knowledgeable. The tour operated from the private jetty of the hotel and was very convenient.
