Excellent location, connected to S Maison and Mall of Asia, it made travel between them really easy especially when the intention is to shop. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing. The staff from the front desk to the waiters and chefs to security to the bell hops to the housekeepers were always friendly and helpful. The spa was also wonderful. The Conrad Hotel is the only place I'd want to stay while in Manila.

The service in the hotel is excellent, with great attention to detail. Staff is attentive and very polite. We loved the dining options as well as the entertainment. Just a short ride from the town centre and the port.

We stayed in the beach Villa and it was stunning. We stayed for 4 nights and we couldn’t have asked for more. We were greeted with such hospitality, it felt like family, we loved the ratio of staff to guests, we wanted for nothing. They took care of our massage bookings, our boat tour bookings. The resort and room are well curated, the views are to die for. Food was delicious. Thank you staff of Vellago, it was a truly magical experience for us and we will hold you in our hearts!

We stayed 3 days and on the 3rd day it was a graduation for one of us and they made the effort to create a chocolate desert celebrating this. It was an amazing surprise and certainly above and beyond service.
