We had the best time staying here!

It houses an outdoor infinity pool, fitness centre, restaurants and free parking on site. The location is great! Also the pool was amazing, we really enjoyed the view. The room was really big and comfortable. We did not try the breakfast.

Situated 1.8 km from World Trade Centre Metro Manila, Park Avenue Boutique Hotel Manila offers 2-star accommodation in Manila and has a garden. This guest house features free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. We stayed 2 nights there and it was great! The hotel is beautiful, you have different terasses, one common kitchen, The rooms are cosy, comfortable and clean, with good AC. Breakfast (supplement) is very good and served on the terasse in the morning. We could do early check-in (supplement to pay) because we arrived at 7am, and we could let our backpacks in a safe place the last day, before leaving for our next destination. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They really care about their hosts and do everything so you feel at ease. The area around is very popular, so do not hesitate to take a Grab at night or the metro (during the day), but the place is closed with a guardian at the entrance and a barrier, so no problem :)

The room was clean and right on the beach. Breakfast was served on the beach front and it was so delicious. The sunset is unreal. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. They will refill your water bottles or jugs every day. The host offers a tricycle ride to any destination on the island.
