The location was great with beautiful views. The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool. We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.

The villa is conveniently situated near the Ustron Brzegi train stop, just about a kilometer away from the city center where you'll find restaurants. If you prefer, you can take a leisurely walk from the city center to reach the villa, or you can easily hail a taxi. The staff at the hotel are more than willing to assist you in arranging transportation, whether it's to the nearby mountains or for a pickup from the villa. It's worth noting that while the staff may not speak English fluently, they are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet during our stay.

Location Beautiful rooms. Breakfasts (also vegetarian options). I couldn’t stay till the breakfast was open so it was left for me in the fridge (very considerate). Access to the fridge and an electric kettle on the corridor. Thee and coffee in the room.

very clean and neat, very friendly staff especially the girls in the restaurant (exceeding expectation in customer service, especially that we do not eat meat and travelled with a fussy toddler). We really love this accommodation. We stayed just one night and it wasn't enough to enjoy it. So we made another reservation for weekend.
