This is an amazing establishment. The staff in this hotel are re-engineering the word service to be guest-centered. The hotel is a historic site . It is situated in the middle of everything you want to see in Lisbon. The metro station is dew meters away. The area has many restaurants. The hotel's breakfast offerings are out of this world. In addition, the hotel staff run their own city tour twice a day. The message, spa, is accessable to all guests. I can go on and on. You need to come and stay here.

I stayed at this hotel in Lisbon from November 20th to 23rd, and my experience was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfasts are truly delicious, and the staff’s service is wonderful, especially Willian and José, who made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Bica FLH Suites is located in the historical centre of Lisbon, within the famed Bica neighbourhood. The building which was an art gallery since the fifties, was refurbished in the beginning of 2017.

The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and has a great shower. No complaints! The breakfast was delicious and had a nice range of food. The staff were really great and friendly and helped look after our luggage. Enjoyed our stay, wish we had stayed longer!

The hotel and the service which is provided is on top level. The stuff is very friendly, the room is so nice and the location is great (not noisy, but in the center). We were so impressed of how thr hotel treated it's guests: free mini bar, tasty dessert (really tasty) and welcome drinks at the bar (the cocktails are great by the way).

This is our third consecutive stay at the hotel after staying in 2024 for 4 nights and in 2023 for 5 nights. The experience is just wonderful as it was during our previous stays. The warm welcoming of the staff, the smiling & excellent service, It feels like returning home for us and I guess that's saying all 😊. Fabolous hotel in an excellent central location at the center of Lisbon, the heart of Lisboa, near Avenida de Liberdade. This was our 8th visit to Lisbon, so we know a little about the location, the neighborhood and its Advantages😊. The staff members were wonderful, helpful, friendly, always with a smile and good will, whether it is the workers at reception, breakfast room or the Concierge. Thanks a lot to lovely Rita and Telma from the breakfast room, Thanks a lot to charming Esti and Caleb from reception and very special thanks to wonderful Cheila !! Thank to them we had a very pleasant stay, once again. The rooms were spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. We really liked our breakfasts at the hotel : Nice breakfast room, a very high standard of service and above all - Great, tasty, fresh, varied and rich breakfast, a real Gem. Excellent breakfast made with high-quality, fresh & delicious ingredients, efficiently served with smile and pleasantry. To sum the review – 10 of 10 from us.
