She was friendly, caring and professional. This hotel allowed me early check in without extra cost. Few hotels still do this kind gesture. The location of this hotel is as good as it can get for tourists. The place is retro and has a cozy vibe.

This is re ply one of the best hotels in Europe. Have been there many times for work, and now as tourist. Always happy to go back. Very comfy rooms, excellent breakfast, super friendly staff, at the reception and at the breakfast. An example for many other colleagues for this price.
