Very polite staff, had an issue with the Booking.com they didn’t received the my booking but the staff managed to find it and they let me check in

The manager, Sabrina, was the best. Her commitment to the profession is above and beyond. From what I saw, EVERY interaction with a customer was top notch. I feel that if she were to give a session about hospitality services, it would make a drastic improvement to the industry. Her mindset of treating patients as family is why she excels at her position. When we revisit in October, I hope to see her again.
