The owner was present in the morning and thanked us for staying!

This hotel is located in the IDS Center, the tallest building in Minneapolis. It offers a business center, 2 restaurants, gym and spacious rooms with 42-inch flat-screen TVs. The staff was so helpful, especially Kolby. He gave us travel tips and routes to check out. When our stay was unexpectedly shortened he help ease the burden. Great staffing team. Situated in the centre of downtown Minneapolis, within steps of Nicollet Mall and Target Center, this hotel offers elegant accommodations with free WiFi access and and chic on-site dining options. Very Friendly and professional staff! Quality rooms. Breakfast is very nice, though it is a la carte so that makes it more expensive. Overall an excellent stay.
