Carla , the reception staff was amazing! Always smiling polite and extremely helpful. Staff such as herself made our stay feel more personal. I would highly recommend staying there!

Boasting a private beach area with fire pits and an outdoor swimming pool, ICONA Diamond Beach is located in Wildwood Crest. On-site dining is available. We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is amazing! It is one of the cleanest hotels we stayed at in USA. Congrats to the housekeeping teams. We did appreciate the individual bottles for shampoo, lotion and all that stuff. I personally think it’s more hygienic that way than pouring some products from a larger bottle to a smaller one on the wall. Kudos for that! The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, they make you feel at home. There is an EV charger at the hotel but you won't be able to use it if your phone is not activated on US market as you need a special app that was not available for our Europe enabled iPhones. Even though from what I understood the actual usage of the charger is free of charge for Hotel customers.

Everything about this wonderful stay at Beauclaires was a delight. Joanne our host was so friendly and informative and made everyone feel so incredibly welcome. The property is a typical Cape May style, but with personal touches by our host. The breakfast was something else, huge portions, two courses and every day a different delish delightful homemade fabulous start to the day. Our room was spacious and clean and the views were wonderful. The location is perfect to walk to everything that we needed in Cape May, with the marina for the lobster house a few mins away in a car - we took a cab.
