The best pool ever . So clean and good looking . Great relaxation and calmness. The personnel cleans the room every day . The owners are really kind and great people. You have full privacy there so you can really rest . Designer rooms in minimalistic style . In reality the place looks even better. 10 steps away from the Center. Highly recommended . We will go back there again :)

A charming guesthouse in a small, peaceful town just off the promenade with restaurants. Nearby is one of the most beautiful beaches on Lefkada. The owner was exceptionally kind, and the room had everything we needed. Even though it rained during our stay, the charm of the place and the warmth of the people made us leave feeling truly cared for and refreshed.

Great location with amazing sea views. 3 mins driving or 15 mins walking (last 200m very steep) to the town, restaurants and everything. Easy access to Milos beach is a plus. Well maintained villa, pool and outdoor spaces. Inside you will find everything you might need for your stay. Host very friendly and ready to help. Sunsets are just incredible! Amazing hosts . Magical place with a breathtaking view. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. We felt comfortable, especially having a parking space, which is important considering the lack of parking spots in the area. The location is great - Agios Nikitas and Katisma beach are very close. We are definitely coming back!

A fantastic location within walking distance of Agios Nikitas. The layout of the house was perfect for us. One bedroom at the bottom and one at the top with the kitchen on the middle floor and a lovely terrace that caught the evening sun. It was an easy space to live in for a week.

The host was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The accommodation is located in a splendid area, close to several wonderful beaches. The house was big and spacious, very clean, and the terrace was wow! Exactly as in the pictures, we will come back for sure.

Amazing view from the balcony, but very close to other balconies, would be nice to have some seperation plates in between. Staff were really nice and friendly. Breakfast was very basic. Room was clean and overall decent but perhaps in a need of an upgrade. Also free private parking on spot with loads of places.

The place is new and very beautiful furnished. Living room and terrace are great for relaxing. The bedroom from the basement is comfortable, chilly - no AC needed, we were very happy for the bed size 160x200 and the mattress. Korina is very friendly and helpful for everything we needed.

We loved the size of our room and balcony - it had great views and there was a kitchenette and coffee machine which was really useful. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was contemporary and although the shower was small, it worked really well with plenty of hot water.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea House. It was the perfect distance from the little town . Dimetri, was there to meet us , such a super guy! My favourite was the lovely big shaded terrace overlooking the sea, where we could do our artwork. The kitchen /dining is spacious & open plan, fully equipped.

A small hotel with less than 20 rooms, our room was a great size with a balcony with stunning views. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every few days. WiFi available and worked well. Thr owner was always around, super friendly and chatty, she arranged our taxi transfer from airport and back. Great location, 5 mins up to bus stop and approximately the same down to the beach. Fridge and kettle in the room which is always handy.

Beautiful, spacious outdoor area makes this property. Lots of seating around the pool, plus Bbq and outdoor dining for 6 plus. Attractive gardens and lovely views. Property has 3 balconies, one from each bedroom and a dining area. Good parking and good location just outside Agios Nikitas. Owner very helpful.

The property is located very close to the Agios Nikitas beach, in the heart of the Agios Nikitas village, with a partial seaside view. The balcony was nice and spacious and there was a very useful drying rack The room is very nicely renovated and decorated in local ionian style. The view is stunning. The position of the apartment is unequalled, right on the seafront, with the bay stretching out before you. The apartment is simple but lovely. One bedroom opening out right onto a lovely little balcony with four chairs and a table, so that you could relax there and just take in the sights and sounds of the bay. Eri, our host was lovely; friendly, helpful, informative. She couldn't have been more welcoming.

The Host met us at the property and showed us around. The villas are new, there's lots of space and the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the terrace outside was great for hanging out. The air conditioning works great and in the lower bedrooms we didn't even need it as the temperature was cooler downstairs.

Host was very toughtfull and carring from the begining to the end. Villa was exceptionaly clean and very well maintained. Very pleasent to be in. Main bedroom is subtetenial with little natural light and without exterior sounds so you can rest to the fullest. Sheets and towels ware of good quality, regularly rotated. Very close to Kathisma beach which is in my opinion the best one on the island.
