The breakfast was delicious, freshly home made.
The beds were comfortable, the room - spacious. There was a nice terrace where we could spend nice time with drinks and conversations.
Close to nice restaurants and the touristic area while at the same time - calm and quiet.

Very good location right in the center near the cable car platform. Rooms with TV and WiFi, equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. The rooms on the ground floor have a terrace, on the first floor a balcony. Many ski lifts in the vicinity.

Amazing stay! Beautiful house build and decorated with love.
We have been upgraded with no additional fee. The location is just wonderful, breathtaking view from the terrace.

Perfect location, 7-10 minutes walk to gondola, free parking in front of the building, nice balcony, very quiet.
The apartment is spacious, has a very comfy bed, and a well-equipped kitchen (there was some tea and 2 capsules for the coffee machine so we had a good start on the first morning, you can get capsules in the local shop, but there is a good cafe machine on the ground floor of the building).
The Internet was working well, and check-in and out was smooth (key in a safe box).

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a large balcony. We loved the various spaces on the floors with the pool table etc which gave the children plenty of space to play and make friends. The food was amazing. They put on a special valentines meal with a free raffle and special dishes. Very pleased with our stay. We had four rooms for our large group.

Our room on the 8 floor had a fantastic view towards the ski slops. The bed was big and very very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The food was ok. The spa centre was clean and the pool is big 25 m. Overall a great vacation. Will stay again.

Great staff - very polite and very welcoming. Stanislav and Katia makes you feel you are at your own home. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with balcony overlooking the beautiful surrounding mountains. Free parking space and in both sides of the hotel there were supermarkets. If you are planning to go to Borovets, I think this is a better option than the overpriced resort hotels and only 10 - 12 minutes by car from the slopes. Delicious home made food for dinner

A really nice and spacious apartment, well laid out and a great balcony view. Well equipped kitchen area (apart from a couple of items, see below) A great tv which allowed us to log in to our own Netflix account to watch films etc. Didn't meet the host but was very helpful on the phone. Not many people around so really nice and quiet during our stay. We usually stay in the centre but although not convenient for shops, bars etc this area is great if you want a quiet stay and happy to self-cater which was perfect for us.

Nice hotel, only a 5 minute drive from the skislopes. The room was spacious, good shower, very friendly staff. The breakfast was diverse enough. Our terrace had a nice view over the mountains so we could see the conditions. They offered a shuttle to the skislopes too.
