The apartment itself is new, modern, really lovely and has everything you need (and far more). Nik is a brilliant host and has really thought about what his guests need and provided a top property and offers top hosting. We chose to stay here so we could visit nearby Delphi and the surrounding area and this location could not have been better. We feel so lucky to have found this beautiful property.

Fabulous space (unit 3) - top floor very spacious with balcony and views. Only stayed 2 nights but great option for longer stays and has everything you need. Location is quiet and parking a bonus (although with that comes a little further away from the main tavernas/ waterfront. It’s not an onerous walk though.

The appartment was very spacious .The hosts were both very kind .They greeted us outside the appartment with warm friendly smiles. We were given a gift of olives which were delicious straight from the trees .The balcony was huge .It was in an ideal location to visit delphi .Itea is a charming little town with little beaches and lovely seafront tavernas.

First thing first, the balcony & the view was superb and just amazing!!! Exactly as shown in photos. We had 2x nights stay at family room in end of May. Room is spacious, quiet and bed/ pillows are comfortable. Traditional older style room & toilet but all functional & clean. Breakfast was adequate. Staffs are nice. Easy to park car in front of hotel along the main road. Walking distance to archeological sites. Cafes/ supermarkets/restaurants are just beside. We thoroughly enjoy our stay. Thank you.

Spacious room with modern fittings and balcony overlooking old harbour. Efficient aircon. Lovely owner. Easy free parking in road outside. Very comfortable. Lovely swimming spots on east coast beyond Marina. Only 1 hour from Delphi. Marina/harbour lined with great fish restaurants.

Thanks Chrisoula for everything. We were in the beautiful appartement with view on the Port. The location was splendid, the 3 bedrooms appartement spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfasts at the charming hotel 5 minutes away were amazing: delicious organic Greek dishes, all home made. More of brunch than breakfast ! All prepared with great care and love. Wonderful stay!

Excellent lodging on Delphi's main street, an intense tourist destination. One of the cheaper options at 39€/night for 2, early May. Friendly day manager, narrow balcony with panoramic mountain view, spacious room. Shared guest kitchen with large refrigerator and other amenities but, puzzlingly, no cooking. Street parking was easy. No staff onsite after the day's last guest checks in.

OMG! Amazing FLAT! Yes, it's not a room, it's not an apartment, it's a whole flat. With living room, kitchen, toilet, dining area and access to a huge terrace (with amazing view!) on the main floor. On the level below are two bedrooms with bathrooms. The place is very spacious, very comfortable and nice. Kitchen is fully equipped. The location is also perfect.

A cozy apartment off the main street in Arachova. Easy to access. Kind hosts. The main reason we chose the apartment was the low price for our family of 6. We all slept comfortably in the small 2 bedroom apartment. The hosts were ready to help with anything we needed.
