The friendliness of the lovely lady on reception when we checked in was wonderful. Our room was exceptionally clean, even the wardrobe smelt lovely! And the breakfast was really good - a great selection to choose from, really good quality filter coffee and a lovely covered terrace to sit at if you wanted to, or tables inside.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Katerina apartments in Kokkari. Despina and Kosta were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean and spacious close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Our room was cleaned practically every day and Despina's intricate towel-art on our bed welcomed us every time we returned to our room. We would definitely come back again and would recommend Katerina to anyone visiting Samos.

I think the hotel has the best beach in Kokkari. While the sea at other beaches are very wavy, because of its unique location, here the sea was very calm. The room was very spacious and the view from our balcony was perfect. I loved their idea of Honest Bar. You just take anything from the fridge and write it to your room by yourself.

Great location right at the marine with a lot of nice restaurants and shops. The room was small, but well designed for comfort. Nice small balcony to sit outside. Not much view at the garden (trees). We could walk to the ferry to hop to the next island. There was a simple buffet breakfast that you could eat on the terrace. The rooms had double glass windows and on the backside so all rooms where quiet, while being in the center.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Thanks to the hospitality of Maria and Kiki we had a very nice stay. Our room was very clean, air conditioned with balcony, a few seconds away from Kokkari Beach. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Thanks to Maria's suggestions we went to the most beautiful places of the island. If I come again, I won't stay anywhere else.

There's not much to not like about this apartment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Maria, the host. Very gentle and warm. Easy check-in process.
The photos don't do it much justice. Really lovely and clean. Spacious bedroom with a fridge and shower room. Literally a stones throw from the Pythagorios Port, which was perfect for us as we arrived and left by boat. All amenities are close by. A short walk to the museum. Much cleaner than I had expected.

We were travelling with a group of family members. They upgraded all our rooms at no extra cost. My husband was celebrating an early birthday . The breakfast had a good selection and suited our taste perfectly. Ample parking. Pool was enjoyed by the young adults. Staff very helpful .

We only stayed for one night to take our flight back to Athen. My room (same floor as reception) was spacious and had a lovely view on the sea. Great balcony. Walking distance to a beach down the street and to the "welcome" restaurant.
The beds were quite hard. The room was clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sunshine Pension. The room was very clean. It was cleaned and the towels were changed everyday . The location was perfect , close every restaurant and shops. Our room was on the garden side with balcony and was very quiet .
Most important is the host Angie , she is very kind and lovely lady. Thank you Angie for our comfortable stay..We will come back again....

The aparment is completely perfect. You can find everything you want in the aparment. It s very clean. It has a terrace and balcony with wonderful vathi coast view. Location was lovely. Beach literally across the road, 5 minutes up the road and there's beach bars with sun loungers. Go to the restaurants by the harbour as they're fantastic!
Apartment was spacious and very quiet. Lovely little balcony. Very private. Reception very helpful and friendly

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect, we were close to the beach and all the restaurants, our room had an amazing balcony with seaview. We came back to a nice and clean room every day. We could’nt wish for a better host than Theodore, he was so kind and helpful to us and we will absolutely recommend others to book at studios Loukia if they ever visit Kokkaria!

The hotel is conveniently located for the port and town and our room had a balcony with sea view. Fabulous!
Tassos was really helpful and generous and this contributed to our very enjoyable stay.
Breakfast was included.
