What can I say...marvelous stay. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they decorated as requested. Clean hotel, amazing staff, good complimentary breakfast, umbrellas available when it rains and pretty decent location next to the river. I even extended my stay for an extra night of how much we enjoyed this hotel. I definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable and clean apartments close to the train station. We appreciated having a small fridge, kitchenette and washing machine in our room. Easy access (train, walk or taxi) to visit Kyoto. Nice staff who was rapidly responding to our questions. We are really happy with our stay. Arigato!

The location is very good, a few minutes away from the metro. The lobby and its design are nice and spacious. The free refreshments are very nice. The employees are very sweet and polite and also meticulous. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is very nice that they provide free bicycle service. Especially the toilet is very nice :) It definitely provides a very luxurious service for its price. Thank you for everything.

The hotel’s location is excellent and close to subway station. However, finding the entrance for the first time might not be straightforward because it is inside a multi-story building that houses various activities, mostly restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of Umeda which I prefer but surprisingly is within short walking distance to the Osaka & Umeda train stations as well as the commercial area. Standard fares such as Family Mart and Starbucks are just by the hotel. There are a number of second-hand stores one street away. Great and reasonably-priced restaurants serving all kinds of authentic Japanese dishes are next door. Moreso, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are big -- total of about 40 sqm -- much bigger than the usual Japanese hotel. It comes with superb bathroom toiletries not usually offered by even other 5-star hotels and for the ladies, the room comes with a powerful hairdryer. A favorite amenity is their yukata or pajamas. Needless to say, staff hospitality and service is superb in the way that the Japanese are known for.

The hotel is newly built, all the equipments are very modern & beautiful. They use an app for no-waiting check-in & you can request 2h early check-in (1pm) with 1,500 yen. There are luggage room with locks to use if you come early. The room is very clean with newly furnitures & comfortable beds. Room is spacious and bigger than Japan standard. Locations is near the city main shopping street & market. There are some supermarkets & several good retaurants nearby.
