The location was very convenient as it close to dotonbori and many other restaurants and shops. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they helped us with our luggage when we were trying to send it on to our next location. They were also very easy to talk to and very friendly. Our 4 bedroom room was very spacious which was great and they provided all amenities on request.

The staff were very helpful and quick to accommodate our needs. We requested to upgrade to a room with a view before check-in time, and they were quick to find a suitable room. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with the metro station right next to the hotel, and a Family Mart and a Lawson to the front. Very close to the Kamo River too.

Beautiful traditional Japan guest house loved every day we stayed, just a busy ride away from all destinations, the girls where so kind and lovely from the start to the end helping with our luggage in and out, comfortable bedroom, loved the main garden and privet one to our room, felt very homely. 💚💚✨

The whole Apartment was really spacious and you had a nice view from your balcony if you were higher up (i was 11th floor). There were even a Microwave, freezer, refrigerator and stove also a washing machine so you didnt have to pack too many clothes and could just wash yours. Overall it was really nice.

Large spacious with a balcony. Literally a big room in comparison to many other hotels, you can step off fromall 3 sideof your bed, bathroom is amazing. Check in and out is speedy, self service even take less than 5 minute. Free soft drink at lobby and comfy resting area. Shockingly good hotel. Location is a bit awkward if you are solely sightseeing within Osaka. But if you are coming from Kyoto, there is a hankyu line directly linked to SakaisujiHommachi station, avoiding many tourist and crowded trains. Really worth the price.

This small boutique hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the Higashiyama subway stop. Beautiful rooms, spacious with a modern but temple style feel to the decor. Front desk staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't say enough of the size of the rooms! Our family room with 4 beds was about 650 sq ft. Great place, i was definitely stay here again.

The property location is only 5min away from subway station and several convenience store and supermarket near by.
Facilities are very clean and really equipped. There are two toilets and showers! Large enough bedroom for 8 adults people lay futon mattress.
Laundry area is roomy. There is dryer for quick dry and also we can use useful hanger rack.
We only stay 2nights but we recommended this property for long stay.

Our room was fantastic for our family of 5. We were only staying overnight, and it was the perfect location for our itinerary. The beds were super comfy, with spacious shower and complimentary bathrobes. VIsiting in summer, the air con was well used and enjoyed. Access to the free massage chair was an added bonus located next to a vending and ice machine.

Very pleasant stay. My room was tidy and relatively spacious for Japan's standard in those areas. Staff was friendly and there was always iced water, coffee and tea in the reception area.
If you are here for nerd stuff (capsule gacha, figurines, retro games...), you'll find yourself right in the heart of Den Den Town here, which is like a small version of Tokyo's Akihabara.
Namba Station is also just a short walk away.

Very good and diverse breakfast with healthy options and local products. Convenient location near the station, within a short walking distance. Family room provides value for money. An excellent basis for exploring the city, and easy access to Himeji castle. Spacious bathroom.

we chose this hotel because of the view and we got it. we had 2 bed rooms type which is very good. Check in and out no problems. Walking distance to Kyoto station and Aeon but this time is very hot. Only 1 station if you come by subway from Kyoto station.
