The staff were very helpful and for us who have limited ability with the Spanish language it was so nice to find there were staff we could converse with and be understood. The maintenance staff were readily available and were able to resolve issues immediately.

Neat, interesting building with nice small pool, and spacey, traditionally decorated, clean rooms. Very colorful and endless passages to explore. Awesome sunset views from the roof. Very close to towns main square and next to “Zorro Hotel”. Serves no breakfast but small simple cafe open next doors and plenty of restaurant options within 3 minutes of walking. They also contacted us with a great tour company.

I had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor. Not worth paying for ocean view. Rooms are super small, the AC was so loud you couldn’t sleep but had to have it on because it was so hot. The blankets and towels are old. The bathroom would let out a bad order sewer liked. Rooms are old beds are not that comfortable. The pools is small and in the back of the hotel. The best thing about the hotel is the location but notice that they are better hotels next to this one.

Cosy hotel in a quiet street, yet close to the center of El Fuerte. The host was friendly, and the room was basic but nice; AC worked well and it was useful to have a fridge in the room.

Very friendly hosts who let us check in early after arrival with a night bus, great location in a quiet street yet super central, spacious room (it's bigger than it looks on the pictures). The shower had hot water and good pressure, AC worked well, there is access to a fridge and microwave + free coffee, and wifi was good. We got our laundry done for 100 pesos, and it came back cleaner than it usually does from lavanderías. All in all we were very happy to stay here and would definitely come back next time we're in Mazatlán!

The beach is only a few steps from hotel lobby. Loved the dinner menu. Not so much the lunch menu
