Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Everything was great. The owner and the lady who attended us so nice and willing to please and help, the room very large (very steep stairs to get there) and comfortable and so are the sleeping mattresses. Great value for money. We didn’t eat in the hotel so I can recommend Paradi cafe. We had a wonderful 1 night here. Thank you 🙏🏻

Onishiya Suisyouen offers beautiful hot-spring baths, a sauna and Japanese garden beside the Maruyama River. The property is beautiful and the open air onsen is heavenly. The room was large, very clean and comfortable The late afternoon shuttle service was very helpful as it’s a little bit of a walk from town center. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Reyko was so kind and helpful, we felt very welcomed. The ryokan is charming and simple, and the location is good.

The owners' service, great food, super clean room/facilities and close proximity to the station. Oh, and the futon bed was super warm and comfortable to sleep on.

Absolutely welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere! The owners are some of the kindest people on earth. If you seek to see the calm side of Japan this is where to go. I needed a rest away from everything else. I arrive on time for the check in and enjoyed the vibe of the traditional Japanese room so much that I have spent the entire afternoon until dinner in there reading. They cook the breakfast and dinner themselves and even provided vegetarian meals for me,which I was very grateful for. The food was absolutely amazing and doesn't compare to anything else I have had on my trip. On the first night I was asked whether I want to try a yukata. I was offered many styles to choose from. I was so happy and excited. I really want to come back and stay more than two nights.
