Al Khān

1. location - Technically it is far from major tourism places such as Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Mall, Marina Walk.. but the metro station 'Al Rigga' on the red line covers the whole distance, which was convenient. It's only 5min or less walk from hotel! 2. cleanness - They have a good cleaning room service. Towels, bed everything was fine. Haven't seen any insects during my stay. All kitchen tools were in good condition to use. Fridge worked well. 3. service - I had an issue with laundry service and room cleaning service. I complained. Yes, things can go sometimes unexpectedly, and everybody makes mistake. What is to be highlighted is that they didn't ignore or try to just move on. They found my laundry back, and they apologized properly for their mistake regarding the room cleaning. I was able to see their sincere apology and minded much more than I thought. I was happy to feel it. And all the staffs of shifts were highly well-trained and kind. ALL of them. 4. Overall - AC works fine, hot water comes out fine, fridge works fine, vault works fine.. This hotel will be good and efficient for those who just needs some safe place to keep your belongings and to sleep well and take a shower well.
