Wonderful place and truly amazing hosts! ❤️ The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and located in a peaceful area. Every room has a balcony with a lovely mountain view. It has everything you need for a comfortable longer stay — air conditioning, TVs, a large kitchen and all the necessary facilities. The villa was also exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The owners are a wonderful retired couple who truly impressed us with their warmth, hospitality and openness. Despite the language barrier, we really enjoyed talking with them. They welcomed us with homemade traditional food and drinks, freshly prepared treats, and fruit and vegetables from their own garden. They also gave us great recommendations about places to visit in the area. We felt very welcome and cared for throughout our stay. You can really see how much love and care they put into their home and garden. One of the best places we have stayed — 10/10 for the villa, cleanliness, atmosphere, hospitality, food and location. The location between Sarandë and Ksamil is perfect for exploring both areas. What truly represents the spirit of Albania is its people. ❤️ We would happily come back!

We had an amazing stay at Sky Apartments! The apartment was spotless, modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. One of the best things about it is its convenient location—you can easily drive to the beautiful beaches of Ksamil or head to Sarandë, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Everything was well organized, and we felt at home throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Sky Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. A perfect 10/10 experience!

The house is exactly as on the photos, it is located between Saranda and ksamil, really in the middle and there is a beach at 7min walk. The air conditioning works great, WIFI too, the beds are very comfortable. the owner is so nice. Frankly I recommend it. We even had coffee every morning. He listened and helped us with EVERYTHING. I have never seen such a helpful owner. The stay was so good that I have nothing negative to say. I will definitely be back.

We stayed for 4 days on this villa and we left extremely happy. The owners were great people and very friendly They helped us with everything The rooms were very nice and very clean The balcony was super nice and had a very beautiful view The location was perfect all the beaches was very closed by as long as you got a car

When you open the curtains in the living room you're greeted by a fantastic view on Mussel Bay (Gjiri i Midhjeve) with a beautifully laid out terrace with pool in front of it. The living/cooking/dining room is spacious, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. There are two king size bed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom with single beds and a third, communal bathroom. The nearest beach is a short walk down the road (rocky, bring aqua socks or something similar), Saranda proper is a 5-minute drive away. We didn't bother too much though as we loved staying by the pool into the late hours. For supplies we would avoid driving into Saranda's tourist districts (expensive, usually no parking) and go for the surrounding areas. Isuf, the host, and Kristi, the manager, are extraordinarily friendly and always only a phone call away for inquiries. The family loved staying at Villa Epic and all of us wished we could stay longer.

I like every little thing about this property. Great location, big spaces, amazing sea view that you can enjoy while eating a meal or chilling on the Jacuzzi. I’ve only been four times in Saranda and this is the best place to stay. The sunsets there will leave you speechless belive me! Also the fact that big balcony is Completely Private (the only one in Saranda as far as I know), makes your sunbathing experience 10Times Better 😜Highly Recommended!

The house is beautiful, nice view, great location!! Next to beach clubs so ifs great, night life too and Aron is very nice guy!! He was wonderful with the check in

We had the most comfortable stay at the Parid’s Apartments. The hosts are a great and a very helpful family. We felt safe. The place is clean and has all the facilities one needs. There are a few beautiful beaches in a walking distance and a good market at 5 minutes walk. Trip to Sarandë is around 8 minutes by car, and to Ksamil is 15 minutes. I hope we will be back there again.

We stayed here with my daughter within a week during the vacation. The apartment is very comfortable, cosy and modern. It is located in walking distance from the city center (just 20 minutes) and has breathtaking view. It is modern and very good equipped, you have all what you need. I believe, that the price is reasonable and it is worth every cent I have paid. The host is very supportive and friendly, thank you!

Lovely villa, well equipped, modern bathrooms. Lots of restaurants nearby. Car park opposite (10 euro a day). Restaurant on complex is very good. Beach has beds very close together. If you have a car, would recommend Blue Diamond beach in Ksamil. Whynot burger restaurant is lovely. Taxi to harbour area of Sarande approx 1000 Lek
