Very convenient location - it was only a few minutes drive to Ballarat central, it was surprisingly quiet considering it was just off a major thoroughfare too! The check in and check out was easy and smooth, we had to leave very early the following day and it was a simple case of drop the key card off in the box on the way out. Plenty of room for my family, beds were comfy, no complaints at all! Did exactly what we wanted the room to do.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at Seymour’s on Lydiard was fantastic! The in-room spa was a nice touch, offering a relaxing option after a busy day, What truly stood out for me were the laundry facilities. Having access to clean, efficient machines made my trip so much easier, especially for an extended stay. The room itself was spacious, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great communication with host. Warm and welcoming home. Great setup. Nice little court yard to chill out in or cook a BBQ. Easy to book, easy to gain access to keys. Will definitely stay again

Place was Extremely clean . We loved the design and look of the house. Everything looked really new. The beds were clean and comfy. the house had good heating on the beds and there were even electric blankets. Loved the place and 100 percent stay again. And it's close to ballarat Central so makes it easy to travel to the shops.

Cute old cottage that is modern and comfortable inside. Every detail had been thought about. Very comfortable and a lovely little back terrace to sit in.

Great house for a large family with adult children. Comfy beds and pleasant surroundings. Just around the corner from Ballarat Wildlife Park and Eureka Stockade. Amazing gardens and covered outdoor deck suitable for changeable Ballarat weather. Hot one day cold the next. Well stocked kitchen with useful items to cook and prepare for family gathering.

I sent this message straight after the first night as we loved the place so much....I don't normally msg during a stay but wanted to say that your place is amazing and even better than we expected. The small touches make it more a home and are so appreciated but putting on the lights and heater was a lovely touch last night after a longer drive than expected due to Friday peak hr. Lovely to be provided with fresh bread, fruit, chocolate biscuits, and lots of other breakfast supplies. Lovely quiet but convenient location. Host checked several times whether we needed more supplies. Nice relaxing spa.

Everything exceeded expectations. The space was beautifully styled, impressively well stocked, and offered a level of comfort that made the stay feel effortless also with off-street parking.

This house was perfect for our family with lots of open spaces and different areas to be. The kitchen was well equipped and worked well. We loved the alfresco area too.

Beds were so comfortable. The extras like the dolls house and games made it feel like home. Access to TV extras and free wifi a bonus.
