The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. On our first night, we had an issue with the heating, so it was unfortunately quite cold and uncomfortable. However, the staff responded very quickly, fixed the problem promptly, sincerely apologized, and even refunded one night's stay as a goodwill gesture. We really appreciated their excellent customer service. Our second and third nights were warm and comfortable with no further issues. We especially loved the whirlpool spa bath. After spending the day at the Snowy Mountains, it was so relaxing to come back, enjoy a hot spa, and unwind by the fireplace. It was the perfect way to end each day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to others.

Just 20 minutes' drive from Kosciuszko National Park, Horizons Lake Jindabyne. Apartments offer a balcony or patio with views of the Lake Jindabyne or the Snowy Mountains.
