The apartment is spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and well-adapted for people with limited mobility. There is a large terrace, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is big and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The self check-in process works seamlessly with the key locker system. The location is convenient, just 8 minutes by tram from the center of Basel, with a nearby bus stop providing access to the train station. The WiFi is fast, although the signal can occasionally be weaker.

The Balcony is a lovely place to relax after a long day exploring. Quiet except for the Church bells but they add character. Waking up to the smell of fresh pizza dough from below. Very clean apartment, well equiped. Excellent communication with owners. Great location with good restuarants, cafes & huge Coop all close by.

Loved this apartment! The decoration was stunning, it is clearly a well-loved and well-cared-for apartment. It actually felt a bit bigger than the photos which was a plus! The hosts were also wonderful, very communicative offered help whenever needed. The location was very practical for getting in to Basel and out to the airport with multiple buses/trams available nearby. Would absolutely stay again if back in Basel!

The property is exactly as described and offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which makes it ideal for guests who prefer a calm environment. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the building that goes to the city center, although the buses do not run very frequently. However, if you don’t mind a 15–20 minute walk, it is very easy to reach public transport connections from both the French and the German sides and get to Basel city center. Overall, it is a great choice for those who want a quiet place while still having convenient access to the city.

The BLISS Basel Residence is run by a very friendly and helpful Lebanese family. The same family also runs a Lebanese restaurant attached to the accommodation with delicious food that is also quite cheap for Switzerland. The owner is very friendly, attentive, accommodating and takes good care of his guests. The holiday apartments are equipped with everything you need. If something is missing or not in order, the owner will take care of it and remedy the situation or offer another solution. The apartments are spotless clean, cozy and the beds are very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. By paying the tourist tax you receive a ticket that entitles you to unlimited use of public transport in Basel and the entire Northwest Switzerland tariff association, so you can also get to Basel Airport with it.

We cooking on self it was fantastic experience, location is good but finding for car parking is very difficult.

Cozy apartments in a new building with a stylish modern interior — you can tell the host put care into every detail. The kitchen has everything you need, nothing is missing. A special thank you for the welcome surprise: we were greeted with a bottle of wine, chocolate and homemade cookies — you immediately feel like a guest, not just a customer. We also had transport passes included, which was very convenient and practical. There's a tram stop nearby: one direction goes straight to the city centre, the other to the train station, where you can catch a bus to the airport. Perfect logistics. The host is responsive and always in touch. Highly recommend.
