It was perfect for an overnight stay driving south from Zurich to the south of France. I don't think we ever got to meet any staff. The check-in was digital and very easy. There's an ok-ish restaurant on the ground floor where one of the waitresses told me there might be someone in the 'office' in the morning - I wanted to borrow and adaptor. The room was big and very comfortable, but it was strange not meeting any staff.

Location and cleanliness of the apartment!

Heidi was very accommodating, welcoming and kind. The house was very well kept, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was easy enough from the highway as a rest stop during a long journey.

The apartment was cozy and very well furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful – there was no washing machine in the apartment, but she personally helped us with our laundry, which we really appreciated. Even during a period of very hot weather, the apartment stayed at a pleasant temperature thanks to the window shutters, which we could close during the day. The location is ideal: within easy reach of the train station, shops and the town centre, yet the neighbourhood itself is quiet and peaceful. Parking available in front of the house.
