The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, itself in a relatively new and very calm group of buildings, and is ideally situated – about 20/25 minutes' walk from the train station, from the Marktplatz and, for Wagner fans, from the Festspielhaus, so almost everything is within walking distance. The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: it is very clean, equipped with basic amenities and products, and provides a very good night's sleep. Hats off to Sergej for the very clear instructions and his availability (a few text messages via WhatsApp were answered extremely quickly). In short, highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Bayreuth. I hope we'll have the chance to come back soon.

The apartment is well-equipped, from the lighting to the appliances. The kitchen has above-average appliances and utensils. The terrace is furnished and offers a great view. Lots of nice little touches for comfort and coziness. My family really enjoyed this apartment and we highly recommend it. Parking is right outside. Peace and quiet, comfortable beds and a sofa in the living room, and cleanliness like the best hotels. Thank you for our vacation!

A really great apartment for a group of people. The place is new and with nice furniture, and it's located in a quiet area. Definitely worth it!

Great accommodation, completely equipped, clean and spacious!

The apartment was clean and spacious. All the cookwares were clean and ready for use. Julien was also very flexible and allowed me to arrive earlier. He also came to check on the basement door when I told him it was hard to open with the key. All in all a great stay!
