We loved every moment of our stay in this beautiful, peaceful home. My parents and sister stayed downstairs and we were in the top apartment. We loved the quiet peace, the views from the balcony, barbecues in the garden, the spacious and comfortable interior, the well-equipped kitchen, the family-friendly atmosphere and our generous hosts. We hope to be back. This was the perfect stay. Thank you to the wonderful Weitmanns!

A delightfully large and extremely well equipped house. It could not be faulted and should be highly recommended.

Everything was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The hosts were very friendly. They even left a wonderful bottle of wine as a welcome. Kitchen is well-equipped. There was even baking paper:) It's in a great location for exploring Trier, Saarburg, and Luxembourg.

The location was fantastic just a short walk to town. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. Lovely safe garden for our dog.

Spacious, clean and great value

Sehr schönes Haus, viel Platz und liebevoll eingerichtet! Tolle Küche, Fitnessgeräte, Bücher, Spiele, Nintendo Switch... Hier wird an den Kunden gedacht. Links und rechts von der Eingangstür sind direkt zwei Restaurants. Noch nie so einen kurzen Heimweg nach dem Essen gehabt. Generell eine sehr beeindruckende Lage. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Besitzer gehabt. Alles bestens!

‘Dad, have you got the keys?’ On day 1, after having spent barely 1 hour in the apartment, that terrible question came up as we had just closed the door of our apartment to head for the Edeka supermarket. We had stupidly locked ourselves out! Humiliating? YES! Total disaster? NO! In less than 3 minutes our host, Stefan Greif, came to the rescue, friendly and polite, not showing any trace of ‘Mein Gott! How long will I continue to rent this place to such utter nitwits!’. And we most honestly thank you for that, Stefan! The rest of our stay at Ferienwohnung WineTime was impeccable: lovely decorated apartment (thank you, Sandra Greif!), nice kitchenette, free choice of 3 terrases to linger about. In the evening a short walk of 15 minutes to reach Restaurant Fährhaus or Trattoria Bellavista for wonderfully delicious food. The HL Asia Gourmet however was rather disappointing, and we didn’t take the risk of venturing into the Greek Restaurant Akropolis. For hiking we highly recommend to march the 10 km to the impressive Klause Kastel-Staadt, which happens to be closed on Tuesday, but if you drop down a wall of about 2 m and manage to climb up again, you have the place entirely for yourselves. Other walks to Warsberg/Ayle and to Irsch will be quite satisfying to your leggs as well. So, in short, Ferienwohnung WineTime really deserves a 10/10!

Well presented, clean, beautiful shower room

This was an amazing apartment, lovely and big with amazing views from the windows and terrace. Lovely comfy beds and a good shower. It’s an easy walk into Saarburg and there is everything you need.

The apartment was modern, super clean and had everything you could ever need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the washer dryer and even some weights and exercise mats and a barbecue on the patio for summer nights. The beds were very comfy and the host was excellent, keeping in touch throughout the stay. The location right in the centre of town is brilliant, too. Highly recommend!
