We travelled to Denmark for the first time (coming from Germany by car for an international sports event), which leaves only positive impressions. We found the apartment with 2 sleep rooms so charming, quite in contrast to the typical sober German style ;) The same was the nice contact to the owners, when we arrived and left. Apart from that we experienced a perfect rest and idyll in the middle of nature, not far from the City Center of Viborg. In the rooms everything was clean, well equipped, practical and cozy (also the beds). You only have to be careful with your head in some corners with sloping walls ;P If we had the occasion, we would surely choose the same accommodation!

Located just 15 km from Aars Kirke, Staudeengen et dejlig sted med fred og ro provides accommodation in Ålestrup with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen.

Very impressive stay. The facilities were incredible, the hosts were very welcoming, the property itself is amazing and the price is very reasonable. The room is quite basic but is more than made up for by the rest of the property. I've paid 3x more for hotels 1/3rd as good.

This hotel, 2 km from Viborg town centre, offers en-suite rooms, a breakfast buffet and a TV lounge. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Viborg Cathedral is 10 minutes' drive away.

This is an excellent place to stay with a big varied breakfast included in the price. The room was simple but functional. I really loved staying there for a sports event. An added positive was the kitchen with stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher and some coffee and tea to everyones' disposal. Great to be able to cook on site and not always have to go find a restaurant. There was also a washing machine which was very helpful when it rained and all my bike clothes were muddy and needed washing. A friendly and accomodating place.

Set in Roslev, less than 1 km from Roslev Kirke, Roslev Vandrerhjem-Hostel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.

Overall stay was great. Very close to the car parking so we didn't have to carry heavy kit far. Check in - the keys were left in the door for us. Our prepaid linen wasn't there but we were able to get them from the laundry room. We didn't see any staff until the last day as we were away very early each morning, but there was number to call 24/7. There is a full kitchen including microwave and oven, several fridges and a freezer, and a wee lounge room. Rooms were as advertised, big windows, comfy mattresses. The signage had English and German as well as Danish on it. We didn't use the canteen but it looked large enough for the number of people staying. Roslev is nice and quiet, there is a Meny with an ATM not too far down the road. There is a demonic Minigolf course on the grounds!

Set in Roslev in the Midtjylland region with Rybjerg Kirke nearby, Holiday Home Kirkeby Feriehus offers accommodation with free private parking.
