The house exceeded our expectations. Throughout the house, there were live flowers arranged beautifully. The interior details are simply fantastic and filled with history. A particular surprise was that the house is located in a unique historic town. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the castle, which belonged to the royal family until 2014, is located close to the house. It's a 12-minute walk to the castle, passing by unique thatched-roof houses along an incredibly beautiful street. We travel a lot, and this house deserves a solid 10 or higher rating. We took photos of every detail of the interior in the house. It was pure delight. I don't want to write too much; I'm attaching photos.

The place is huge and feels like your friend's or grandma's cottage. Not another boring apartment. We really enjoyed it very cosy. Nice old plates, furniture and other decorations. And also a big selection of games. WiFi✅️ - which to my surprise it's not a standard at homestays in Denmark 🙈

First and foremost the host was warm and including. I had the priviledge to say hi and goodnight to all the animals at Blåbjerg Barn. The surroundings are beautiful and the flat upstairs was mine alone - quiet, nice and clean with sun in the morning. A place to revisit.
