Lovely flat. Crystal clean, found it nice and fresh. The pool is amazing and was almost all mine on a Sunday afternoon. Nice. Needed a room after work on Sunday morning to wait for my flight Monday morning and it couldn't have been better. Felt like I had arrived at home already but with a beautiful beach a stone thrown away. When I got back from the beach, could enjoy the most beautiful sunset from my bedroom window. Fantastic. The mini Medina is incredible, and so fresh. It's as if Tolkien had redrawn the Mediterranean for hobbits.

The view was fantastic, the villa was clean, the equipment for self catering provided was good condition and enough to make meals but there is lots restaurants within walking distance and the beds was comfy. The pool was beautiful and the sun was shining. Thank you for such a lovely holiday x

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was beautifully styled, very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. We made great use of the kitchen and patio area for morning coffees and family evening meals. The location just a short walk to the beach, with a lovely family-run restaurant at the end of the road, a local supermarket nearby, and the village only a 5-minute walk away with more restaurants and shops. Mario was a great host and kept us updated about some maintenance work taking place at the property. He informed us a couple of weeks before we arrived and even offered alternative accommodation at a family property, although we chose to stay as we loved the location of Binibeca. The workers were all very friendly and respectful, even showing the children tortoises they’d found in the gardens. We also met Mario’s sister, who was very welcoming and reassured us we could contact them directly if we needed anything.

Very easy and comfortable house. Perfect for families with kids. Beautiful views from the roof top. The host was also very easy and accommodating with our check in and check out times.

We loved the outdoor area and the spacious rooms. The villa had everything we needed and was very clean. The communication from the host was really good.

Great location, and very nicely finished. The bedrooms were very spacious and dealing with the owners was very easy. It was worth having the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature.

Kasa K was the perfect getaway for our group of friends. Lovingly and tastefully decorated, it had everything you could wish for, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer and space to park to little details like board games, pool noodles and rings, goggles, plenty of clothes hangers, and a badminton set which were all welcome. We absolutely loved the pool and terrace, the perfect place to decompress. Hélène was also an amazing host, super responsive and generous with earlier check-in and luggage storage upon departure. Her guide with recommendations was very appreciated and she even left us a bottle of wine! Binibeca itself was an oasis of relaxation. We were pleasantly surprised by the silence and lack of crowds, local friendliness, and cleanliness. Kasa K is very close to some top-notch restaurants like Bambu Menorca, Sa Cova del Sol, Nou Villa, and En Caragol, and to supermarkets and beaches. It was also a great location to explore other parts of the island, and its proximity to the airport, Mahon, and unique places like Bodegas Binifadet was a definite plus. All this to say we had an amazing time and hope to be back. Thanks, Hélène! P.S. The wi-fi was a tad slow, so it’s more of a place to fully disconnect rather than enjoy a workation, although I’m sure with the right updates, it could welcome digital nomads too!
