I tried hard to like this apartment, but failed. Every listed amenity IS supplied, but overall it utterly fails to live up to its representation... and is quite expensive (63€ for 2, Tue, early March). The photos portray a cheery, modern place. In person, it's dingy and in an uninteresting neighborhood. The single window faces directly onto the sidewalk, so raising the shutter for daylight destroys any privacy. With the window open, noise from passersby, including teenagers, is substantial. The listed "stovetop" is just a one burner hot plate,. which I consider clearly deceptive. To avoid disappointments, Booking needs to tighten the definition of all kitchen-related amenities, such as specifying the number of simultaneously usable burners on a "stovetop". I've now run across a number of lodgings that list "kitchen" but do not have cooking capacity. To add to the disruption of our dinner plans, the hot plate took almost 30 minutes to bring a pot of water to a boil. Enough complaints. On the good side, the owner lives off site but was very cheery and accommodating. There are two nice cats on the property, although it was made clear that we were responsible for not letting them escape when we opened the courtyard door. There is a washing machine and had we wanted to stay longer we would have used it. Coffee is provided. The bed is comfortable. Street parking is right outside. I've had many better lodgings for 40€. For 35€ per night, I would have been very satisfied.

Everything is just perfect, even have some complimentary snack, cheese. And very comfortable chair even can sleep on it. Super clean, nice decoration. Very friendly owner.
