Self-Catering Accommodations in Annecy

The rooms were big and nice and had many amentites.

The Room was equipped with all the Modern Amenities and was a luxurious Studio Apartment. It has a small kitchen with a Dishwasher and all the required Cutlery which was very helpful in making our own Dinner. The location is very good as it is just 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. They also have good complementary coffee anytime you want.

We were very happy with the room, both comfortable and modern. It was impeccable clean, and it has all the amenities needed. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful with touristy advices and commuting information from Annecy to our further destinations. Located at walking distance from the old city and transport lines, including the rail and regional bus stations. Nearby, we could find convenience stores and eateries. Very good!

I was grateful to find the apartment in the evening when we had an unexpected change of travel plans. It was in a super location for the main bus lines and train station. The furnishings were very nice and spotlessly clean. The shower was very good. Also, it was very quiet in a well- maintained building. The balcony was a pleasant place to sit during a thunder storm and in the cool morning breeze.

Simply amazing, even though we were early our room was ready and they let us check in. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed there during Christmas time and the Christmas Market was a 5 minute walk away. Will book again for sure

Close to bus/train station and Lake area

The property is newly renovated and very well maintained. I appreciated the cleanliness and its location. It is a quick walk from the train/bus station and also the tourist information office, old town and the lake. While I did not meet the owner, the cleaning lady met me when I arrived and made sure I knew how to enter the building and the apartment. She was very friendly and helpful. I could not have been more happy with my stay and definitely recommend this property. It was simply the best!

Mr Rennet could not have been more helpful and available. He was so accommodating and responsive. The apt was so clean and everything was up to date and worked so well. He really made sure to welcome me and even helped arrange for a bicycle.

Mostly I like the calmness and beauty of location. Also, service for stay was unforgettable!

The apartment was clean and pretty comfortable and easy to get to using the elevator. The kitchen/dining area was well appointed and quite roomy. Our host was very communicative.
