Self Catering Accommodation in Malause

Beautifully laid out apartment. We were surprised to receive a message from the owner informing us that the apartment could be noisy due to it's location on a busy road. She moved us to the first floor apartment which is quieter and even provided earplugs (I am a light sleeper). The noise was not disturbing at all so we had good nights sleep. It was good to have aircon as the temperatures were very high when we were there. Only one warning: people who are not used to French washing machines: makes sure to close the "Inner doors" of the machine (there were no instructions). We had never seen a machine of this type which caused some damage (which could be repaired easily). Good instructions could have avoided this problem. The location is great as there is so much to see in the area: Moissac, Auvillar, Lauzerte , Montauban...

Very responsive host. The apartment is easy to access and located centrally. Parking is available on the street right outside the apartment. The city is quiet and feels safe.

Really warm welcome from the host, who'd also put the heating on, so the apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived. Nice view and has everything you need to be self sufficient. There's only a curtain to separate the bedrooms, which might not be ideal for some people, but was fine for us.

If Carlsberg did B&B this would be it, beautiful location, very quiet, room nice & bed & linen etc all good, now the best bit. If you have dinner here with Chris you will not be disappointed it was very very good & the pre dinner aperitif & starter board was excellent as was the stuffed chicken main & profiteroles desert. Best bit:2 it is a super pet friendly place to stay, Chris was very good with our dogs & they were free to roam in a large enclosed garden.

Quaint. Old wood shutters thst really block sunlight. Lots of hot water.

Very straightforward key retrieval and excellent response time with enquiries. Great host

Beautiful building with lots of character. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Well equipped. Lovely garden and pool which is shared with the neighbouring properties. Great location, 10 minutes drive from Moissac.

Very nice breakfast. Nice and friendly host .

Great space and doors opening to the garden. Personal greeting and excellent communication

We were moved to another apartment in the building due to double booking. The apartment ‘Bird island’ was spacious and kitchen lovely.

I booked 2 nights at the apartment during my recent walk of the Via Podiensis. I loved the decor of the place and I can appreciate the effort the hosts made in its presentation. While the building and the staircases that lead to the apartment are old, the interior gives off a nice, upmarket and trendy ambience. The location is central, the area is quiet, and I enjoyed good nights of sleep, fully charged to continue my walk. Armand and Kathleen are very responsive and helpful hosts. Happy to return and book this place again!
