This off-grid retreat is perfect for a quiet getaway. The hot tub in the trees was a highlight. Thanks to Cat and the kids for the barn tour and animal visit. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

Ashfield Studio
We had a lovely stay here at Ashfield Studio, the studio itself is larger than expected and we loved the private garden for our 2 doggies. The studio was very well equipped with everything you would neeed and it was very clean and tidy. The hosts were very welcoming and we had a few chats with them. There is a little cafe next door and a super dog walk at a nearby wood. A very quaint place which we are looking forward to staying again in the future.

The cottage was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.The hosts literature was welcoming and attentive, offering helpful information about the surrounding area while ensuring privacy and a smooth experience throughout. The location is ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently close to local amenities and points of interest.I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, from the quality of the linens and furnishings to the beautifully maintained garden area. It’s evident that great care and pride go into maintaining both the cottage and the guest experience.In summary, Marris Cottage exceeded all our expectations. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a restful retreat with first-class standards and warm hospitality.
You can't not like stopping here 😀 cooking on the loft burning stove and then enjoying your meal looking over the fields straight in front of you was heaven. Then listening to the fire cracking as you chill watching TV with the lights off was amazing. Most afternoons there was a pheasant that would come up to the sliding doors and peck at it the dog didn't like this but made for great entertainment. Having a bath with the Alexa playing relaxing music looking out the massive window is something I could do after work for the rest of my life. If you want a peaceful, quiet, relaxing, dog friendly place to be horizon barn ticks all the boxes will definitely stop here again.
Clematis cottage is a lovely place to stay in the cute village of Tealby. It is very well equipped and even had bowls and a bed for the dog! We made many walks in the neighbourhood and enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea at the tea room next door.
Lovely cottage, very homely and has everything you could possibly need! Ideally located with walks straight for the front door. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we will 100% be back!
