A lovely, clean and cosy B&B in a great setting, with a friendly atmosphere and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our experience was very positive overall, with the only drawback being that we found the house rules and their enforcement a little stricter than we were used to. Stayed here recently in Porth, Newquay and honestly couldn’t fault it a solid 10/10. The caravan itself was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell it had been properly looked after. Plenty of space for a three-bedroom setup, which made it perfect for our group no one felt cramped and the layout was really well thought out. The beds were comfortable, the living area was cosy, and everything you’d need for a stay was there. Location-wise, it’s ideal. Just a short walk down to Porth Beach, which is a massive bonus, especially if you like a quieter spot compared to the busier Newquay beaches. Still close enough to get into town easily when you want a bit more going on. The little details made a difference too. Clean linens, well-equipped kitchen, and everything working exactly as it should. It felt more like a home than a typical holiday rental. JC has done a really good job with the mood lighting for the evenings, which made it feel even more relaxing and inviting. Overall, great value for money, perfect location, and a really comfortable stay. Would 100% come back again and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Newquay.
