Self Catering Accommodation in Lunga

Amazing setting, beautiful home fully kitted out with everything you need.

Great, secluded holiday house with views, right on the lakeside, fully equipped, with fireplace and sauna..... Also, big thanks to Hazel, who helped us with posting personal item

I like the place and enjoy my favourite play tennis there.

The location is wonderful, with wide views of Cuan sound. Good birdwatching potential and you are close to the ferry crossing so plenty of interest there too. The caravans are surprisingly spacious inside, and well equipped. There are also fishing nets and bikes to borrow/rent.

The location was wonderful, with incredible historic sites in walking distance of the cottage. The cottage was beautifully presented and lovely and clean. It was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit in the area.

Huge windows made it feel like you are living in the trees. Red squirrels, birds and wild flowers are all around. Zero road noise. Spacious but cosy.

The property was perfectly located, clean, well stocked with amenities and incredibly comfortable.

Beautiful proper log cabin, perfect location

The property was very nice, much better than the pictures portray. It was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. It is in such a beautiful location and it was so good to look out at the water. There is a bar and restaurant in walking distance. I highly recommend the property to anyone staying in the area. We were very happy with our stay and want to thank the hosts.

The house is extremely well equipped. We felt right at home immediately. There isn’t much to do on the island itself, but the location of the house, just near the ocean made taking it easy a perfect way of spending 4 days of our holiday. And the walks up the hill and around the beach area are well worth a visit. It’s a beautiful island with stunning views. And the house is super clean and comfortable. I think this might be the best accommodation we’ve ever booked on booking.com.

This place is exceptional. The owners and the area are outstanding. I would not hesitate to book this again.

The cottage was absolutely delightful. It had everything you could want, even for an extended stay. Can’t think of anything we missed having. We very much enjoyed our chats with hosts, Jenny and Roger. Wagtail Cottage looks out over a huge beautiful field with sheep (and lots of lambs at this time of year) to entertain you. There are three Neolithic cairns in view too. Very exciting! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, if the opportunity came up. I hope it does!
