The apartment is located very close to the sea and the boulevard. The residence has a very nice pool that you can use for free and most importantly the apartment was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful sea view.

We had a pleasant stay at Ilia’s Sweet Home. Our host, Zaira, was very kind and welcoming, always ready to help and make sure we felt comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were really nice — cozy, well-kept, and perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing. It felt homely and inviting, and overall we enjoyed our time here very much.

everything was amazing. we had a lovely stay. the room was very comfortable, in a nice building, with a beautiful view of the sea, with a very nice and responsive hosts. this part of Batumi consists of very calm and peaceful streets. public transport available nearby, 1 minute walk to the bus stop, making it possible for you to get around the city very easily. thank you so much!

Super lovely welcoming lady. Location is top good. Comfortable room with nice little balcony. Highly recommended, so much better than those Orbi city apartments, that are just total scams and just a waste of time! The WiFi didn’t work because it was end of season and they actually had closed the rent for the season but kindly accepted to give us the room, so other period I think the wifi works fine (send them a msg if it’s important for you). They were very kind to accept our late checkout request.

The property was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the beach. The host was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very cozy and calm place! This peaceful, quiet apartment is located on the 2nd line. You can find everything you need in 5-10 minutes walking - supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, car and bike rent, huge shopping mall and green park. Center is in 10-15 minutes ride or 25 minutes walk. You definitely should choose this place to get comfortable and interesting experience in Batumi!

Very good hotel, comfortable mattress, good facilities, kitchen etc. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach groceries etc. Very friendly owner and family, Gamarjoba to everyone :D
