Great new fully equipped apartment. And a lovely host

This was the second stop on our road trip through Georgia, and it turned out to be a truly lovely experience. We were warmly welcomed, and the attention we received was kind and thoughtful from start to finish. The accommodation matched the description perfectly — everything we needed was there, and the space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. One of the biggest advantages was the private parking on the property, which made things very easy for us. The location was also excellent, right in the heart of the old town, yet peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the time spent in the garden patio, which offered beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. And we completely fell in love with the resident dog and cat — both incredibly sweet and affectionate, making our stay even more memorable. გმადლობთ თბილი მიღებისთვის და მშვენიერი დასვენებისთვის!

Very clean and nice room with a nice family who rents it out

Tamuna was an excellent and smiley host. She prepared for us an excellent vegan breakfast. The room is enormous with its own kitchen, wi-fi, amenities and hair dryer. Super clean, like home. There is a beautiful yard where you can have breakfast or relax. Excellent location in the center. Walking distance for all the sightseeings. There is a public parking, so you have to ask from Tamuna for the key to open the bars and enter them. Hope we come back one day ❤️

Beautiful chalet, spacy and safe free parking, very nice host, clean and cozy, impressive location with a great view over Mzcheta, very quiet and private. WiFi available, a little kitchen is there. Really perfect stay!

Center of town, great location. Secure parking in front of building. CLEAN room, sheets, and towels. Shower doors (rare in Georgia). Comfy beds. Sitting area near other rooms. Quiet - no street noise. Amazing hosts available immediately by phone and very accommodating.

Clean, new and cozy. Each house has its own barbecue. Sauna is good. Great place to have a rest with family and friends. Thanks for all.

The host is very nice and sweet. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean. The central location was perfect to explore the city and go outside in the night. Breakfast was big.

The location is great, the host is nice and friendly. I loved the amazing view from the balcony! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Clean room - The room was very neat and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Friendly host - The host was friendly and proactively responded. Great location - The room was located on main road, just 2 minutes walk from the main church, 5 minutes walk from Samtavro. Also there is a park just in front of the room. There are convenience stores also in the locality.
