Помешкання з кухнею у місті Астакос

Spacious, brand-new two-story apartment in the village of Mytikas. The owner is friendly and pleasant to communicate with and was always helpful with our requests. The apartment has everything you need. Parking is available right next to the building. There are stunning 360° views of the mountains, sea, and islands all around. The summer heat can be intense, but both floors are equipped with excellent air conditioning, and all the windows can be fully protected from the sun with electric roller shutters. The village beach is just 250 m from the apartment, but it is quite basic, and the water is not particularly clear due to algae. However, there are some nice local beaches nearby with crystal-clear water and white pebbles (10 min - the abandoned Agrilia beach and the neighboring coves to the southeast, 20 min - Asprogiali, 40 min - Vathiavali and Agios Ioannis). Still, it is more interesting to explore the somewhat farther areas of Epirus and the Ionian Islands (1.5-2.5 hours away). For example, we stayed here with our children for three weeks, and the apartment served as our base for trips to various interesting places, including Lefkada, Vikos Gorge, the ancient ruins of Dodona, Bella Vraka, Alonaki, etc. Mytikas has several restaurants and a modern supermarket with a decent selection of products. But in general, the village is very quiet and seems to have little going on apart from boat rentals. Towards the end of our trip, we finally rented a small boat for a day and went to the island of Kalamos. It has beautiful beaches with white pebbles, cliffs, emerald-clear water, and pine trees - especially Mirtia Beach. You can also have a great meal in the village of Kalamos itself. We wanted to rent a boat again, but unfortunately, we ran out of time.
