We enjoyed the privacy of the outside space and the dedicated parking was just great.The shower is always hot and good pressure. Basic kitchen was ok.

The property was new with excellent amenities, really well thought through - beautiful yet simple design. Stunning and peaceful location. Only a few minutes drive from the very centre of Skala Eressou, or an easy 10 minute walk. There is also a beach even quicker to walk to. I loved the local olive oil based products, such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. I enjoyed reading by the dipping pool every morning with a coffee from the machine in the kitchen. TV’s in each bedroom was great too. Petra is an excellent host, super friendly and helpful always. The daily cleaner is also a massive bonus and unique for many holiday lets. The team are always on hand should you need anything - though as everything is so well thought out I didn’t really. I’d recommend anyone to stay here for the perfect tranquil yet luxurious holiday. Will be back, thank you Petra! :)

We loved our stay at the little gem that is the Arcadia Guesthouse. Alex was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The place was beautiful and well-equipped and Alex helped immediately with anything we needed. The whole property felt like a little oasis where we could leave our lives behind and explore island life!

A very comfortable house, with a clean, modern interior and excellent facilities. The location was good too, being a few minutes walk from the main square.

Villa Notia was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. Its a spacious old house in the village of Eretria, renovated and decorated with great taste. The small patio with the large table is an excellent place for a meal and for relaxing. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms makes it convenient for a larger group. We didnt use the living room as it was summer, but it also looked very comfortable.

What truly made our experience unforgettable, was the amazing host. She went above and beyond in every way—offering us beach towels, helpful local tips, and even driving us to Skala a few times, which made everything so much easier and more relaxing. Her warmth and generosity made us feel truly welcome.

Great location, good aircon, bed was quite hard. The lady was lovely but spoke zero English. The man spoke no English but I think he was grumpy about us leaving the aircon on when we went out so the house would be cool when we came back. Well that’s what we guessed haha!

Great location. Great owner. Lovely gardens around the property. Clean and nice inside with air conditioner. Great balcony. Near to everything.
